Orders are final. We do not accept returns on items, due to the drop shipping company used. If an item is damaged you may send in pictures and they will send you another one, but they do not do refunds.

I am a certified yoga instructor. I was a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, however I just recently let my license laps, since I am working in sales now. I did change carriers, so that I can work from home and raise my family since therapy hours are long and I did not want to miss out on such a crucial part of my life. This blog is my way of fulfilling that void of helping others with what I know to manage their pain and for the yoga lovers to have access to my content to keep practicing.
