For women, the choice of attire should reflect your personal style and comfort. I recommend high-waisted leggings, a tank top (tucked in if loose), and a high-coverage sports bra. For men, standard gym wear such as shorts and a t-shirt is generally suitable. Ultimately, wear what you feel most comfortable in.
What to Bring:
The items you need to bring may vary depending on your studio's facilities. Many studios provide all necessary equipment, but it's always a good idea to come prepared. I personally bring a yoga mat, a hand towel, water, and yoga blocks. Depending on your needs, you might also consider bringing additional items such as a bolster, a blanket, a stretch strap, and essential oils. I also like to use a washable, non-slip mat cover that effectively absorbs sweat.
