Using supportive postures and mindful breathwork, you’ll release tension and create space for deep relaxation. Perfect for those looking to restore energy, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of ease. Mondays: Guided Meditation and Yin A deeply grounding practice that blends the stillness of meditation with the gentle stretch of Yin yoga. You’ll begin with a guided meditation to calm the mind, followed by long-held, floor-based postures that target the connective tissues, encouraging flexibility and deep release. This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and find inner peace. Wednesday: Tarot Pull and Flow A unique experience that combines intuitive insight with movement. Each class begins with a collective tarot pull, offering themes or reflections to guide your practice. From there, you'll flow through a thoughtfully sequenced yoga session that embodies the reading’s energy, helping you move with intention and connect on a deeper level—both physically and spiritually. Friday: Blend of Hatha and Vinyasa This class brings together the best of both worlds, combining the stability and alignment focus of Hatha yoga with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa.
