Joint Mobilization of Thai Yoga “Reusi Dat Ton” (1 Hour) – Gentle flexibility and range-of-motion techniques for neck, shoulders, back, and hips, senior-friendly, can be done standing, seated, or on the floor. Gentle Yoga for Backs (1 Hour) – Effective exercises and stretches for chronic back pain relief with multiple modifications. -Manage chronic pain naturally -Improve flexibility, range of motion, and core strength -Develop a strong, flexible, and healthy back Chair Yoga (1 Hour) – A gentle yet complete yoga class done entirely in a chair. Yoga Warm-Up Exercises: Joint Mobilization, Flexibility & Strength (2 Hours) – Preparatory techniques from India, Nepal, Tibet, and Thailand.
