Yoga Instructor Since 2020
Sierra is a passionate yoga instructor with a strong foundation in physical therapy and a Yoga Alliance certification from Studio B. She blends movement, mindfulness, and faith to create a holistic wellness experience for her students. With a Christ-centered approach, Sierra offers a variety of classes, including meditation, yoga nidra, and guided Bible study walks, helping individuals deepen their spiritual and physical well-being. She is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing certifications in prenatal yoga, cycling, and Pilates, allowing her to serve a diverse range of students. Whether on the mat or in nature, Sierra’s mission is to inspire balance, strength, and a deeper connection to faith and self.
