Hello and welcome!

    I’m Sierra, a dedicated yoga instructor with a certification from Yoga Alliance (YYT) and a background in physical therapy. My focus is on integrating exercise and pain management into every practice, all within a Christian-based framework that resonates with my personal values.

    My classes are designed to be a blend of effective physical exercise and mindful stress reduction. I offer heated Vinyasa Flow sessions that challenge and invigorate, complemented by guided meditations to help you manage stress and find inner peace.

    In addition to my current offerings, I’m excited to be expanding my expertise with upcoming classes in Yoga Nidra and prenatal yoga. These new additions will further enhance my ability to support diverse needs and help individuals on their unique wellness journeys.
