David is a C-IAYT, E-RYT500, and YACEP-certified Yoga Therapist specializing in chronic pain management. He currently works at an Integrated Pain Management Clinic, helping individuals naturally manage and reduce pain through yoga therapy.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, David has worked with a diverse range of students, from children to seniors, in various settings—including yoga studios, rehabilitation centers, schools, and wellness programs. His expertise extends to Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga and Thai Yoga "Reusi Dat Ton," both of which he incorporates into his therapeutic approach to promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

With a lifelong passion for martial arts, yoga, and therapeutic movement, David spent 12 years traveling across Asia to study movement systems in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Burma, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.
He has researched and documented traditional yoga techniques found in ancient statues, carvings, murals, and historical texts.
